At Vibeaid, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns of products that have been worn, washed, damaged through use, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a replacement order where applicable.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must remain unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, although financial institutions may require additional time to complete the transaction.
